Q.  What is the temperature range in which the micro-organisms in PES products survive and thrive.
A. The micro-organisms, which were isolated from oil contaminated soils and water, are more effective in warmer temperatures.  In cold temperatures their metabolism slows and they become dormant.  The key to the success of bioremediation is having the micro-organisms make contact with the hydrocarbon and assuring they have good aeration, water and nutrients (fertilizer).
